University of Basrah discusses a master's thesis on (isolation and diagnosis of airborne bacteria in Basrah Governorate and sensitivity testing of pathogenic species)

The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Biology, discussed a master's thesis on (Isolation and diagnosis of airborne bacteria in Basrah belonging to 16 species. The most dominant genera belonged to the genus Staphylococcus
Detecting the ability of some species isolated from the air to produce silver nanoparticles
And testing these particles against bacteria with multiple resistance to antibiotics
The aim of the thesis
Isolation and phenotypic and molecular diagnosis of bacterial species isolated from the air
Study of drug sensitivity of pathogenic species
Detecting the ability of some species isolated from the air to produce nanoparticles
The thesis concluded
The dominance of Gram-positive bacteria belonging to the genus Staphylococcus
The 16SrRNA gene
played an effective role in the diagnosis of the study isolates
The possibility of biomanufacturing silver nanoparticles using the isolated species.
