Announcement to Top Graduating Students

Based on the directives issued by the University of Basra Presidency and the orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Federal Service Council, the College of Education for Pure Sciences has begun receiving data from top graduating students (the top three students only) for all years, from 2003 through the current year.

Accordingly, eligible graduates are requested to visit the Student Affairs Division and register in person at the Deanship of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, bringing the following documents:

The unified national ID card of the student and parents (original and clear color copies).

Two recent personal photos with a white background (for academic purposes; non-identical photos will not be accepted).

Appointment application form and job code form (to be completed upon review or attached upon request).

Data from previous years' graduates will continue to be received until the 2023-2024 academic year. For 2024-2025 graduates, they will be notified of their review date after the university order for the second round is issued and the top students are finally determined.

We urge all students to adhere to the timely review process to ensure their names are included in the lists.
