The University of Basrah organizes a scientific lecture entitled (Approximation by Sequences of Positive Linear Factors)

The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Mathematics, organized a scientific lecture entitled (Approximation by Sequences of Positive Linear Factors)
The lecture presented by the researcher (Ali Asaad Jadoua) included:
Studying the importance of approximation theory as it is a link between theoretical mathematics and practical applied mathematics, as well as some basic concepts related to it, such as (Corfkin’s theory and the concept of the positive linear effect). I also discussed some of the most famous positive linear effects, such as (Bernstein effect, Zaz effect, Paskkov effect), and presented some previous studies on these effects and their effectiveness in obtaining a good approximation of the function.
