Basrah University discusses a doctoral thesis on (the effect of irradiation on the surface of polymeric films)

The College of Education for Pure Sciences in the Department of Physics discussed a doctoral thesis on (The effect of irradiation on the surface of polymeric films)
The thesis submitted by the researcher (Rajaa Muhammad Abdullah) included:
Study of the preparation of polymeric membranes using the dyeing method from different proportions of fluorescein dye impregnated with pmmA polymer, one at a concentration of 60mm and the other at a concentration of 80mm.
After irradiating the polymeric membranes under different conditions, it was proven that the material retains radiation for a long time and maintains some of its general properties, and that the material is suitable for application as an irradiation measure.
The diagnosis included a study of the surface morphology under the influence of absorption spectrum irradiation of visible and ultraviolet radiation, infrared diagnosis, diagnosis of membranes with a scanning electron microscope (SEM), an atomic force microscope (AFM), and an analysis of the surface morphology of polymeric membranes.
