The College of Education for Pure Sciences, in cooperation with the Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit, organized an educational guidance symposium
About (deviant ideas and ways to address them in accordance with Sharia and law). The symposium was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Majid Muhammad Jassim.
The symposium aimed to introduce the deviant ideas that are alien to our society, explain the role of state institutions in confronting them, and educate society about their dangers.
The importance of focusing on negative phenomena to educate university students about them and the resulting necessity of adhering to the instructions enacted by Islamic Sharia and laws. The seriousness of these deviations appears in changing social behavior, so it imposed the importance of discussing them academically and finding solutions to address and combat them by the concerned authorities and society.
