The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Chemistry, discussed a master’s thesis on the preparation, diagnosis, and study of the biological effectiveness of heterocyclic compounds.
The message submitted by the researcher (Zamzam Muhammad Reda Ibrahim) included:
Preparation of 4-amino triazole compounds, which are prepared from the compound isoniazid and hydrazine NH2NH2. They have many derivatives and are characterized by their biological effectiveness in order to obtain the compounds of triazol-thiadiazole. It was noted that these compounds have the ability to separate the optical isomers of the compounds thiazoldine 4-thiazoldine 4-carbocylic acid. Carboxylic acid prepared from the reaction of (L-cystiene and 4-bromo benzaldehyde) due to its possession of chiral atoms.
And an attempt was made to reverse the course of the reaction by reacting the compound thiazoldine 4-carboxylic acid with hydrazine NH2NH2 in order to obtain the triazole compounds, then treating them with POCl3 and using microwave radiation, but the result was azine compounds, and the method of preparation was compared with the previous traditional working methods for preparing azines, which are multiple. It was characterized by its speed, ease, and good results
In addition to the second path, the preparation of Schiff bases prepared from the 4-amino triazole 3-thaiole reactor.
And various aldehydes
The resulting compounds were characterized by spectroscopic examination methods such as H NMR, 13-C nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, in addition to infrared spectrometry.
Its biological activity was also measured on a group of bacteria, and the different responses to these compounds were recorded
