The visit dealt with and from the company's laboratories
The lab for examining the raw materials entering the laboratory and the corrosion laboratory and knowing how to remove the corrosion that affects the laboratory pipes using the weight loss method using special coupons prepared in the laboratory. The gas chromatography analysis laboratory was watched and the students were introduced to how to conduct an acetylene gas analysis from the nature of choosing the separation column and the gas used in the analysis method.
The visit to the polymer testing laboratories (polyethylene) confirmed the degree of tensile strength and pull, and the knowledge of the standard tests of the degree of fluidity and density (high-low), through which the good quality of the nature of the prepared polymer can be known, through which nylon of all kinds can be made.
