The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basrah  in the Mathematics Department, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education, held a free course entitled (Statistical analysis using the spss program)
The session was attended by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr.. Abdel Sattar Jaber Ali, the respected and the Head of the Mathematics Department, Dr. Haitham Abdel-Sada and a group of teachers and postgraduate students from various colleges
The first day of the course included the method of entering and defining data in the spss program, then the process of drawing the relationship between variables (when using tabulated and unclassified data) was carried out using bar graphs or graph lines, as well as other graph applications.
