The College of Education for Pure Sciences, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah , organized a workshop entitled (Therapeutic Expectations for the Treatment of Breast and Prostate Cancer).
The aim of the workshop
A review of pharmacological therapies for breast and prostate cancer
The most important recently published research is in the preparation of candidate organic compounds as cancer treatments
And to see organic interactions that are dealt with for the first time in Iraqi universities.
The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Faleh Hussein Khudair, the respected and Mr. Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. The esteemed Abdel Sattar Jaber Ali and the esteemed head of the chemistry department, Prof. Dr. Moayad Yousef Kazem. And a group of professors of the department and postgraduate students, and that was in the seminar hall in the Department of Chemistry, and a discussion took place between the lecturer and the attending professors about the use of prepared organic compounds as a treatment for breast and prostate cancer. The organizers of the workshop recommended the necessity of communicating with postgraduate students with all developments in the department of scientific achievements, and also to find solutions to some of the obstacles they face in scientific research.
