The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basra discussed a master’s thesis on (Designing an ontology-based knowledge flow model to develop the performance of the global virtual team (GVT))
The message presented by the researcher (Ola Jabbar Saleh) included
Propose a new model for developing a global virtual team. It focuses on the most important aspects of the global virtual team, such as the factors affecting the global virtual team. The new model is validated using an expert questionnaire. Create a global virtual team ontology.
Facilitate access to global virtual team knowledge through the use of semantic web technologies.
Use vocabulary from semantic web documents that are already available to make the ontology vocabulary of the Global Virtual Team stable and consistent with global vocabulary standards.
And making the ontology available on the Internet for researchers and others interested in the topic of global virtual teams to benefit from it.
Make the ontology more practical and usable by embedding it in an easy-to-use website.
