University of Basrah discusses a doctoral thesis on (designing and building intelligent automated analysis systems to estimate some chemical variables in various applications)

The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Chemistry, discussed a doctoral thesis on (designing and building intelligent automated analysis systems to estimate some chemical variables in various applications)
The thesis presented by the researcher (Mohamed Diab Khalif) included:
The study included two axes:
The first axis :
Designing a smart water analysis system to estimate some chemical variables such as bicarbonate, acid function, temperature, and concentration of total salts dissolved in water. The system was applied to different water samples to estimate the various variables (sodium bicarbonate, acid function, and salts dissolved in water, respectively). It was found that their concentrations In the Shatt al-Arab
The second axis:
It includes manufacturing a system to estimate the rate of corrosion speed, as it is capable of studying the rate of corrosion speed as well as studying the inhibition efficiency of the inhibitor. The rate of corrosion speed is studied by sensing the amount of hydrogen gas emitted from the reaction of the metal with sulfuric acid. After studying the optimal conditions, the surface area was studied theoretically using Desingspark Mechanical software. The system was applied to the metal piece without a corrosion inhibitor, and the corrosion rate was 0.0699 mV/Sec.mm2, again in the presence of a pre-prepared inhibitor.
