The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Office of the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs, in cooperation with the Iraqi University of Al-Ain, announces the launch of the Iraqi academic researcher digital platform, as the Iraqi academic researcher platform is considered one of the most important digital platforms that provide the necessary support and resources for researchers in Iraq. The services provided on the platform include:
１- Building a database for researchers working in Iraqi universities and research centers: The platform allows the collection and organization of information of Iraqi researchers in a central database, which facilitates access to this information and the exchange of knowledge between researchers.
２- Creating and updating personal files of researchers: The platform allows researchers to create and update their personal files with minimal effort, as they can enter their academic and research information and scientific activities on one web page, which enhances a comprehensive view of their academic and scientific path.
３- Enhancing communication and cooperation: The platform enables researchers to communicate with each other and with the community in different ways. They can add research interests and their personal skills, thus enhancing cooperation and knowledge exchange between Iraqi researchers.
４- Provision of Iraqi journals: The platform displays a variety of Iraqi journals, facilitating access to local resources and promoting local scientific research and knowledge exchange within the country.
５- Providing a unified place for all researchers. The electronic platform can be a powerful tool for communication and interaction between researchers and contribute to improving the quality of research and increasing its impact.
In order to introduce the services provided by the platform, an introductory workshop will be held on the platform of the Iraqi academic researcher, as the workshop will provide an excellent opportunity for the participants to discover and understand all aspects of the platform and its great benefits for researchers in Iraq.
