A seminar on the problems faced by students/teachers - Department of Mathematics during the application period

The Academic Advising Unit at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, in cooperation with the Observation and Application Committee in the Mathematics Department, organized a symposium on the problems that students/teachers - Department of Mathematics faced during the application period... The symposium began with a speech by Dr. Muhannad Musa Issa, Head of the Mathematics Department, in which he expressed his thanks to the general directorates. He also thanked all the faculty members in the Mathematics Department for their efforts in guiding and supervising students during the application period, wishing all success and payment. Then, Prof. Dr. spoke. Abdul Wahed Mahmoud Muhammad, Professor of Practical Education in the Department of Mathematics and responsible for the Guidance Unit on the importance of practical education in preparing the student before service, indicating that it represents an educational laboratory in which students apply mathematical sciences and educational principles and theories in a performance and practical manner in its real field (which is the school) thus becoming The process of preparing teachers is a process characterized by realism, meaning and functional value. It is also an opportunity for the teacher student to interact with the teachers and the school administration, and to get acquainted closely with the students’ behaviors and their various responses, as well as to learn about the mathematics curricula in the classes in which they are trained...etc. Then the first axis of the symposium started, which included identifying the problems from the students' point of view
