The lecture presented by the master's student (Fatima Taher Hussein) included a theoretical study of the Anderson-Neones model of chemical adhesion of the system (quantum point / graphene layer) and an examination of all the influences that go into calculating the amount of charge transferred from and to the bound quantum point.
The objective of the lecture is to study the use of the Anderson model to study the adhesion of quantum dots of semiconductor materials that are rather large on a monolayer of graphene, due to the scientific (applied and academic) importance of the subject of surface engineering, nanoelectronic devices and other applications related to surfaces of materials
