The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basra organized a scientific lecture on a theoretical study of the photon-accompanied polarization in (InGaAs/GaAs) semiconductor quantum dot lasers.
The lecture presented by the master's student (Hoda Hazem Nouri) included the study of the co-polarization of the photon in the (InGaAs/GaAs) laser of semiconducting quantum dot lasers, and the effect of some system parameters and the control of the time behavior of the co-polarization of the photon and the number of carriers in the pumping levels (p- shell), emission levels (s-shell) and photon counts, including (optical confinement coefficient, total cavity losses, effective and passive relaxation time, number of emitters, pump pulse area, pump pulse duration.
