Based on the principle of equal opportunities and nurturing ideas and innovation for youth. The University of Basra, under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, is organizing the first scientific competition entitled (The Scientific Competition for Service and Development Projects), which sheds light on applied projects that serve the joints of the university in particular and society in general.
In this context, Basra University invites all its students to submit their projects to participate in this scientific competition. Where projects will be received and evaluated by a specialized committee in this field to determine the three best winning projects in the competition for the purpose of providing the necessary support for these projects in order to implement them on the ground in cooperation with the relevant authorities.

The submitted posts must contain the following paragraphs:
The project summary, which is supported by data, plans and expected results of the project.
Attached to the proposed study are points that support the possibility of implementing these projects on the ground, for the purpose of coordination with the parties supporting the implementation of these projects on the ground.
A pledge from the participant that the idea presented by him was not extracted from a person or another party without the fundamentalist approvals, otherwise the participation will be neglected and not approved.
