The College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a scientific lecture targeting department heads and rapporteurs, as part of the college's preparations to implement the Bologna system starting from the next academic year 2025-2026.
The lecture delivered by the Director of the Student Affairs and Registration Division, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al-Asadi, in the College Council, covered several topics, most notably:
The vision and objectives of this program and its importance in improving the quality of higher education.
The academic system and its mechanisms and how to organize the educational process according to the requirements of the system.
Admission and registration procedures and details of their implementation to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Evaluation and examinations and mechanisms for developing them in line with international standards.
Guidance manuals and their role in supporting students and professors, in addition to the necessary means to prepare and activate them.
This lecture aims to raise awareness among academic leaders in the college about the Bologna system and the requirements for its successful implementation, in order to ensure the achievement of the desired goals and the development of the educational process in the college.
