The College of Education for Pure Sciences in the Department of Computer Science, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit, organized an in-person workshop entitled Electronic blackmail and its impact on women and society, in coordination with the Center for Development and Continuing Education, on Wednesday, 2/28/2024.
The workshop touched on electronic blackmail, its causes, motives, and consequences. This topic was allocated to Assistant Professor Dr. Khawla Hussein Ali. The workshop also touched on the topic of electronic blackmail and its impact on society in general and women in particular, where the teacher/Mushtaq Abdel Muttalib Hassoun spoke about the implications. Of electronic blackmail and how it affects society. The third axis was under the title Preventive methods to reduce electronic blackmail. This axis was assigned to the assistant teacher, Ghazwan Abdel Nabi Abboud, in which he talked about how to protect a person from blackmail and what are the preventive measures to reduce it.
