The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Chemistry, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education, organized a workshop entitled Indexing and organizing sources in research and dissertations.
The workshop, which was presented by the lecturer ( Hawraa Karim Dhaif and the lecturer Muhammad Khalaf Muhammad)/Chemistry Department, included
The workshop aimed:
Introduction to the Mendeley program and its importance to researchers.
How to access sources using the Mendeley program. And how to index references using the Mendeley program.
How to select and modify sources according to magazines using the website csl.mendeley.
The workshop was attended by Mr. Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Jaber Ali, and Mr. Head of the Chemistry Department, Prof. Dr. Moayad Yousef Kazem and the master’s and doctoral graduate students from all colleges. This was in the department council hall in the Chemistry Department, and the discussion took place between the lecturers and the graduate students about the obstacles and problems they face while cataloging sources in research and dissertations and amending them.
