The Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has the honor to announce the start of providing its universities and research, scientific and academic institutions with scholarships and research for Arab and foreign brothers and friends to obtain solid scientific or academic degrees and at the initial and postgraduate levels, as well as funding Arab and foreign researchers who aim to conduct scientific research or field in Iraq or one of the Iraqi educational institutions. These grants come within the framework of the “Study in Iraq” program that the Ministry of Higher Education is working on implementing and making it a success within the governmental program’s courses that aim to raise the international ranking of Iraqi universities and raise their standards to the ranks of their counterparts in the Arab region and the world.
