The Educational Counseling and Psychological Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Development and Continuing Education Unit in the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basrah, held an advisory seminar entitled (Educational and Academic Guidance for First Stage Students)

The aim of the symposium is to introduce students to the elements of university life, its academic laws and regulations, and to encourage students to interact positively with the university environment.
The seminar included the following lectures

Some of the students' inquiries were answered and they were urged to enhance their role as university students, and to emphasize continuous communication with members of the Educational Counseling Unit.
