The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Physics, organized a scientific lecture on preparing the dye Malachite Green as a thin film and studying its physical properties.
The lecture presented by the student (Hajar Muhammad Qassem) included part of a study that sheds light on the possibility of preparing the organic dye in the form of a thin film by one of the available and scientifically approved methods in the field of thin films. The study to be completed in the field of using materials that act as photocatalysts, which are defined as materials that decompose harmful substances (or sterilization) in the environment under sunlight or the visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum of industrial light sources. The student listened to some advice on how to develop the study.
