Basra University organizes a cultural development awareness seminar entitled (Women's Role in Creating a Healthy Society)

In conjunction with the celebrations of the College of Education for Pure Sciences on the anniversary of the founding of the university on the occasion of the University Day
The College of Education for Pure Sciences hosted Mrs. Al-Alawiya Um Noor from the Foundation of the School of Al-Aqila Zainab Al-Kubra, peace be upon her, and she gave a cultural development awareness seminar entitled (Women’s Role in Making a Healthy Society). The workshop was attended by a large number of college students and teaching staff from various departments. . Faiza Abdel Karim and Prof. Dr. Hamida Odeh Mizban, director and members of the Continuing Education Unit, and the assistant dean of the Scientific and Administrative College attended the opening of the workshop
The lecture included introducing the lady, followed by a scented reading from the verses of the Holy Quran. Then the attendees stood to recite Surat Al-Fatihah for the souls of all the martyrs of Iraq.. Al-Alawiyeh addressed her lecture discussing various topics related to the Muslim woman and her role in building society. The attendees appreciated the topic of the workshop and exchanged questions with the lecturer, who in turn She answered their questions and offered their religious counsel with openness, and concluded the workshop with a prayer of success and success for the attendance.
