Basra University discusses a doctoral thesis on (Bacterial and molecular study to diagnose the bacteria that cause tooth decay in the city of Al-Amarah)

The College of Education for Pure Sciences in the Department of Life Sciences at the University of Basra discussed a doctoral thesis on (Bacterial and molecular study for the diagnosis of bacteria that cause tooth decay in the city of Al-Amarah)
The thesis presented by the researcher (Mohammed Abbas Eid Ali) included the aim of this study to isolate and diagnose aerobic and anaerobic bacteria isolated from the oral cavity of some patients with dental caries and bacteria that cause gingivitis and periodontitis for age groups between 4-70 years of patients visiting the Specialized Dental Center and the Dental Center. Dijla Dental and Child Teaching Hospital in Maysan Governorate, southern Iraq. This was done by using Vietk 2 phenotypic and biochemical tests, and then it was diagnosed by molecular methods by means of the diagnostic gene 16SrRNA by chain reaction (PCR) and the developmental tree of the bacteria studied based on the NCBI gene bank and the MEGA-X program.
