In view of the imminent date of holding the election of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in October of this year, and in order to complete the technical and logistical preparations undertaken by my Office during the current and future phases to conduct this electoral event on schedule and based on Cabinet Resolution (174) for the year 2021, our Ministry instructed in Her letter No. 11/4/C/10507 dated 06/21/2021 to all universities to complete the procedures and fill out the form attached below for teachers only.
