Today, Tuesday, 7/13/2021, at nine o’clock in the morning, the College Council held the twenty-third session headed by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Faleh Hussein Khudair, and in the presence of the honorable members of the Council. The session dealt with a number of issues, in their entirety.

1- Due to the coincidence of the examination for school students in the Ministry of Education with the examinations of our students in the scientific departments, the examination dates were coordinated with the examination committees to prevent conflicts.

2- It was stressed the need to adhere to the instructions of the Civil Defense Division, which include switching off all electrical devices at the end of official working hours to prevent electrical contact fires.

3- Discussing the subject of exam questions for the attendance exam and the electronic exam..

4- Preparing all the requirements necessary for the success of the exam process, including arranging the halls, preparing questions, and maintaining cooling equipment in all departments of the college.

5- Develop ways and mechanisms to achieve social distancing among students, provide sterile materials, and adhere to health conditions to prevent infection with the emerging corona virus.
