This study focuses on improving the performance of organic nano-solar cells (ie improving their efficiency) manufactured from the P3HT donor and PCBM acceptor using the SCAPS program. ) to find the best values of mobility that correspond to the best performance of the organic nano-solar cell. The thickness of the active layer for this type of solar cell was also tested, and we found the best thickness of the active layer from 100 to 120 nanometers. The final result of the study was that the efficiency of this type of solar cell was increased by 60%.
