On Tuesday morning, June 30, 2026, the competitive entrance examinations for postgraduate programs (Master's and PhD) at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Basra, commenced for the 2026-2027 academic year. The examinations were conducted under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Majid Mohammed Jassim, and in the presence of the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department at the University Presidency, Professor Dr. Muhannad Hamed Aboud, in accordance with the regulations approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The examination halls were meticulously organized, with all necessary technical and administrative resources provided to ensure a fair and transparent examination environment for all applicants. Continuous on-site monitoring was maintained to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
