Based on the directives of the esteemed President of the University of Basra, and in accordance with the Cabinet's decision to change the official working hours to 9:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1, 2026, we would like to inform you of the following:

The official working hours for university staff and the first lecture for students will begin at 9:00 AM. All other lectures and working hours will continue according to the published academic schedule without change.
