Dear colleagues of the College of Education for Pure Sciences,

We strongly condemn the decision to withhold university specializations from employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This measure clearly infringes upon the rights of a segment of the workforce that has contributed and continues to contribute directly to the scientific and administrative progress of universities and research institutions in our country.

This decision contradicts the principles of justice and equal opportunity and hinders the scientific and professional development of the Ministry's employees and its affiliated bodies, who are a fundamental pillar in the success of the educational and research process. Furthermore, it conflicts with the state's directives to support education and build human capacity.

We urge the relevant authorities to reconsider this decision and address it urgently to ensure fairness for a large segment of the Ministry of Higher Education's staff, enhance job stability, and motivate qualified personnel to perform their duties in service of the public interest.
