On Monday morning, December 1, 2025, Professor Dr. Majid Mohammed Jassim, Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, chaired a comprehensive meeting with members of the College Council and members of the examination committees for all academic departments. The meeting was also attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, the heads and rapporteurs of the academic departments, the Head of the Student Affairs and Registration Division, and the Director of the Human Resources Division.

The meeting aimed to review the complete procedures for data migration to the Student Information System (SIS) and ensure the accuracy of data entry and its consistency with official records to guarantee the integrity of the educational process at the College.

Dr. Majid Mohammed Jassim emphasized the necessity of concerted efforts from all relevant parties, including the examination committees, the Student Registration Division, and the academic departments, to overcome any potential obstacles, while adhering strictly to the timeline set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The Dean noted that continuous cooperation among all parties is the cornerstone of ensuring the quality of the educational and administrative processes and reflects the College's commitment to enhancing performance and organizing the examination process with precision and high efficiency
