The Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basrah, Professor Majid Mohammed Jassim, participated in the inauguration of the new building of the College of Dentistry in Al-Zubair District. The opening was attended by the Governor of Basra, the President of the University, a number of college deans, and local officials.
The President of the University, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, emphasized that the project represents a qualitative shift in university education, by providing an integrated academic environment that enables students to acquire skills and knowledge.
He pointed out that the new building is part of strategic projects aimed at strengthening the university's role in various regions of the governorate and keeping pace with the demands of the labor market.
This participation affirms the spirit of cooperation and mutual support between the colleges, reflecting His Excellency's keenness to enhance the academic process and develop the scientific infrastructure at our beloved university.
