The College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a scientific lecture on the applications of tensors in algebra, differential geometry and theoretical physics. The lecture, delivered by the lecturer (Habib Mutasher Abboud), included the discussion session focusing on the applications of tensors. In particular, we study those applications in algebra, differential geometry and theoretical physics. One of the main tensors is the Riemannian curvature tensor, which is used to express the curvature of Riemannian spaces. In other words, it measures the extent to which Riemannian spaces differ from Euclidean spaces. The Riemannian curvature tensor is a major mathematical tool in the theory of relativity.
