The College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a workshop entitled
(Divorce Guide between the Legal Framework and Psychological Support) in cooperation with the Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit with the Women's Affairs Unit
The workshop, which was delivered by the lecturer M.M. Basem Mohamed Abdel Imam / Technical University / Master of Criminal Law in collaboration with a group of lecturers, included.
The legal regulation of divorce according to the provisions of Personal Status Law No. 188 of 1959, as amended, in terms of its types, methods of occurrence, and legislative treatments to reduce the phenomenon of divorce. The workshop also referred to amending the amended Personal Status Law according to the new proposal in terms of its legal dimensions. The workshop also addressed the social and psychological aspects of the phenomenon of divorce. The workshop concluded with the most prominent proposals to address divorce cases and reduce them by establishing guidance programs that include family and preventive guidance.
