The College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a symposium entitled (Compulsive Hoarding between Popular Heritage and Psychological Disorder)
The symposium, which was lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafeef Abdul Hafeez Muhammad Taqi Al-Riyahi in the College of Education for Girls, included a societal behavior that is absent from our sight and how to differentiate between collecting and hoarding. It is the gathering of the largest number of things in a chaotic manner and piling them up, which affects the spatial space and the behavioral and psychological consequences resulting from it. A dialogue took place between the lecturer, professors and students about the topic of the symposium and the steps to avoid it in its early stages and prevent it from reaching psychological disorder.
The symposium was attended by the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Professor Dr. Majid Muhammad Jassim, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Dakhel Zghair Mutlaq, the Head of the Department of Life Sciences, Professor Dr. Mufid Qasim Muhammad, and a number of faculty members.
