Based on the directives of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, to conduct inspection visits to the students  dormitories.
The Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Majid Muhammad Jassim, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Dr. Dakhel Zghair Mutlaq, conducted an inspection visit to the students of the internal departments in the Karmat Ali Complex. The visit aims to review the conditions of the students and secure their needs and requirements.
His Excellency met with a number of students during the visit and listened to their requests and problems, instructing the Director of the Internal Departments to provide the necessary supplies for the students and overcome all obstacles facing them,
Assuring the students that the university presidency is keen to provide a housing environment that suits their aspirations and meets all their needs.
The visit included an inspection tour of the corridors of the  student dormitories in the Karmat Ali Complex, praising the role of those responsible for them in protecting, securing and ensuring the safety of students, buildings and property of the student dormitories
