A team from the Ministry of Science and Technology visited the National Regulatory Authority, on Wednesday, 3/5/2024, in addition to members from the Prime Minister’s Office and the National Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Risks in Laboratories and Chemical Stores, where they were received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Majid Mohamed. Jassim, Head of the Chemistry Department, Professor Dr. Moayed Yousef, and a number of teachers
The visit included a field tour of hazardous chemical laboratories, and after reviewing the laboratories, the committee praised the organization adopted regarding safety procedures in the laboratories, and the committee made some observations that would enhance and maintain the safety of workers in the laboratories.
