After previous studies on the flow injection technique, this study presented the design of a system for flow injection locally and from simple tools available in the local market. The designed system was distinguished from others by entering the sample completely and thus eliminating the hand injection valve
Hydrogen peroxide is estimated using the phenomenon of chemiluminescence, which is produced through a chemical reaction between a hydrogen peroxide solution and a luminol solution, and in the presence of cobalt (P) as an auxiliary factor. The designed chemiluminescence device senses the light resulting from the fluorescence and studies it in the form of peaks.
