The College of Education for Pure Sciences held a memorial ceremony on the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of Prof. Dr. Iyad Ibrahim Abdel-Sada, head of the Department of Computer Science and Prof. Ali Hussein Rasan, the teaching assistant in the Department of Mathematics. The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, then was followed by a speech by Brigadier General Faleh Hussein Khudair, delivered on his behalf by Prof. Dr. Abd al-Sattar Jaber al-Seifi. Scientific Assistant to the College of Education for Pure Sciences, followed by a sermon by Sheikh Sajjad Al-Asadi.
