Basra University organizes a scientific lecture on (preparation, diagnosis and study of the biological activity of some new thiazolidine derivatives)

The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Chemistry, organized a scientific lecture (on the preparation, diagnosis and study of the biological activity of some new thiazolidine derivatives)
The lecture presented by the student (Haider Abdel Salam) included the preparation of some new thiazolidine amide compounds derived from hydroazide compounds, studying the prepared biological value as anti-bacterials.
The lecture concluded that it was easy to prepare thiazolidine derivatives from different aromatic aldehydes with penicillamine, and the ease of their technique and diagnosis by spectroscopic techniques. It was characterized by the presence of stereoisomers that are difficult to separate because they contain chiral atoms.
