Obesity: Obesity is defined as an excessive accumulation of fat in different parts of the body to the extent that it becomes harmful to human health. Obesity is a metabolic disorder and a causative factor for many diseases. It occurs as a result of an imbalance of calories between food intake and energy consumption in the body. Obesity is associated with a high incidence of many diseases, including high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, cancers and infertility
