The administration serves as the fundamental standard by which the efficiency and effectiveness of scientific departments are measured. The department is managed by the department head and its secretary, with assistance from the department council consisting of faculty members and department staff, utilizing their expertise. Several committees have been formed to coordinate the administration's work:

In addition to the above, the department head has ensured the establishment of several effective support units, including:

• Maintenance Unit:

Tasked with identifying the department's technological needs, including hardware, software, and physical components, and working to provide, operate, and maintain them.

• Internet Supervision Unit:

Responsible for maintaining the department's internet network and managing the accounts of subscribers, including faculty members and staff.

• Development and Training Unit:

Tasked with serving the local community by preparing training programs and specialized courses in various physics fields.

• E-Learning Unit:

Provides technical support to the department in using the e-learning management system, contributes to spreading the culture of e-learning, and coordinates training courses on e-learning applications at the college.
