A doctoral thesis for the student Wiam Munadil Hussein entitled (Methods of Quantitative Propagation of Arabidopsis thaliana) was discussed in the College of Education for Pure Sciences under the supervision of Prof. Hussein Khalaf Zayer and Prof. Lama Hussein Abdel Qader The student was able to test and develop this plant for the first time in Iraq, and it is considered a global model for studying the characteristics and conducting experiments on the plant, as it was able to produce seeds at a cost of up to 25% compared to the cost of importing it from abroad. The plant, as the plant was able to complete its life cycle from the stage of germination to the stage of producing the seeds of the second generation according to the standard period for the growth and development of this plant globally and under the conditions of the laboratory growth room. them which were successful.
