In this study, resonant-cavity photodetectors were designed and manufactured within the absorption spectrum of the C-H bonds. InAs was used as an absorber in the photodetector made on InAs base and InAsSb (Sb=9%) was used as the absorbent in the photodetector made on the base of GaSb. The results showed that the spectral response of the photodetectors was less than 40 nm, and the quantum efficiency was measured, which was 52%, and specific detectivity was calculated, which was
