Basra University discusses a master's thesis on (preparation and diagnosis of some new negative surfactants and study of their applications)

The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basra discussed a master’s thesis on the preparation and diagnosis of some new negative surfactants and the study of their applications
The thesis presented by the researcher (Faraq Arif Obaid) included the preparation of five active polymers for new negative surfaces

These prepared dopants were diagnosed by several techniques, including infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and precise element analysis.

The properties of these stimulants were evaluated by calculating the concentration of critical micelles using the electrical conductivity method, and their thermal stability was studied. Polymer prepared from the type of duplex (mixed) polymers.
The study aims to prepare some new negative polymeric surface activators and diagnose them using the available analysis techniques, evaluate the efficiency of these steroids, calculate the balancing values to know the extent or scope of their use, prepare an emulsifier from them, compare them with a commercial emulsifier, and study them as corrosion inhibitors. As well as conducting full future experiments for polymeric surfactants as anti-corrosion materials for long periods of time, using high concentrations of the prepared materials, and conducting future experiments to prevent corrosion of new alloys such as copper alloy and steel alloy. It is also possible to study the applications of these prepared materials in treating water pollution and using these Materials as selective

chelating agents to extract and isolate metal ions from their aqueous solutions.
